Can't max spell mastery.

So, bit of a problem. I'm a level 89 priest who quit for two years and just came back. Having earlier posted a thread stating I'd messed up adding my new SP which had been reset by the patch, I now realise it may not be quite as messed up as I thought.

I have ended up with 67 SP in first job, as follows:
Energy Bolt = 7
Magic Armour = Max
Magic Claw = Max
MP Boost = Max
Magic Guard = Max
Which, from what I've gathered... is correct.

Now, for second job. Apparently I'm supposed to have mastery maxed, but I only had ten points left over to put into it, and I don't know what to do. Have 121 SP as follows:
MP eater = Max
Heal = Max
Tele = Max
Invincible = Max
Bless = Max
Holy Arrow = 11/20 - Had done this prepatch, obviously. Nothing I can do to fix this.
Spell Mastery = 10/20 - All the points I had left after making first job points total 67. No idea how I'm supposed to max this.

Third job, I've no idea what this is meant to look like. I've 58 SP in it so far, as follows:
ER = Max
Dispel = 5
Mystic Door = 1;
HS = Max
Shining Ray = 1
Summon Dragon = 1
Doom = 0;
Tele Mastery = 0 ?
Holy Focus = 0 ?

Any help? Is this looking right, or have I totally messed it up? How can I max mastery if I already had 11 points in HA which I can't remove? I am in no shape or form paying with my own money for SP resets, I didn't choose to have a new skill added that I can't max because of a previous skill that existed before hand I don't understandoo. Will not being able to max mastery ruin my character? Can I get free SP resets?

Any help would be appreciated, ty

I am not sure how Bishops use shining ray but I would suggest to siphon off some points from Tele mastery/doom. Doom=useless, tele mastery=ehh ok but its not your main killing move. After that I would try to siphon some points from shining ray/door. However before you do all this make sure you max all your good skills first so you know how many points you will have left

@isMusic: 7k NX for skills? No thanks, I plan on playing NXless. I don't think that's possible in this day and age, though.
@itsRichu: Ty but I'm a girl
What? What 6 points? Doom is lucky to even get 1 point, leave SD at lv 15, then take the rest from ER, everything else is essential to max.
those are the leftover 6 pts from 3rd Job =P which is why I'm chucking it into Spell Mastery

Thanks everyone for your replies, I'm going to leave dragon at 15, which gives me an extra few points. I won't be putting any into doom, so that'll give me another few extra.
As long as there's no quest that ends up requiring max door or something, that should be alright.

Can't take any from ER as it's already maxed and I'm not paying for SP resets

I'm going to play some other characters for a while and then come back to my priest once I've stopped freaking out about my SP haha, so thanks everyone. There will be a way around it, with any luck.

you SHOULD dump the 6 pts that could've gone into Doom into Spell Mastery instead. then, personally I would take the remaining 4 pts from Door into Spell Mastery though you could take from Resistance, too

@dragonice1: ... But... I'm a wee bit of an extreme perfectionist haha, so, er... I don't know if I should answer that one.

@bommagician: Ack, I put all my SP into these two years ago when they WERE useful lol, and the other skills didn't exist.

@pokemonshe: @dragonice1: I wouldn't mind about the magic attack, the mastery just seems to be more important than that. I wouldn't be putting any in doom anyway, but I dunno about dragon I'm thinking starting over may be required...

@OmNomBom: You only lossed a little magic attack (I think 5?).
I'm sure you can find some SP in 3rd job to make up for it. Just make sure to max the skills that are needed in 3rd as well...
Which one should I take 10 away from?
Sadly, they already handed out free resets :l
So basically... they add a fairly important new skill, and don't let returning players take advantage of this if you return after a certain date?
Beaut.

How detrimental is this to my build? I mean, damage wise, is it really noticeable? Is it as bad as someone not maxing magic guard in first job? Haha.
I'm going to find it really hard to continue playing my priest if I know it's messed up haha :f
Oh noooo but when I reached second job years ago, 11 into HA was all the rage, lol

Are Nexon offering free resets for this?
Sadly, they already handed out free resets :l
There's no need for holy arrow since AngleRay replaces it. Spell Mastery should be MAXED leaving holy arrow at 1.

Third job is looking good so far. Start maxing out your SR, then holy focus, then tele mastery, then summoning dragon. Leave doom at 1 since it's a completely useless skill.
Third job is looking good so far except that you should of left your dispell at 3. Start maxing out your SR, then holy focus, then tele mastery, then summoning dragon, then door, and finally your dispell. Leave doom at 1 since it's a completely useless skill.
