Can we still max out Vl spawn?
I did some research a few months back and the results were inconclusive. I'd like to solo him before Unlimited since I need his monster card. Thanks.

Confirming that VL's spawn can still be maxed out. I got lucky this time and maxed it 10 minutes in, then D/C'd a few minutes later. Oh well. Tomorrow I shall try again.
It's still completely possible to max out spawns. However, I would advice you to turn off all un-needed programs (especially Skype, Firefox and Chrome) before doing so. If your computer can't process everything at once, it'll start shutting down programs based on priority, which usually means that Maple is the first to go. If you set it to high priority, it could start shutting off needed programs. If you still dc, it'd be a good idea to bring someone to help you mob.
@Kuraitou: should be ok with blast too since its a one target skill
I don't have d/c problems so I don't have to worry about that. It's more:

This happened to me the past couple runs I tried.

167 Paladin. Can't update characters from Nido currently, and I found out the hard way that switching my main deletes that character from Basil. I'm just not even going to touch it.

Nah I soloed him with a 24k range a few weeks ago with only 10% total damage with 25 min left on the clock but then again I got a little bit lucky with the golems running away before being eaten.

on the topic of vl, does anyone know if i would be able to solo it? lvl 170, ~15-16k range (gonna get stuff today)... yeah it's unlikely, but i hope to able to kill him without wasting my 1 hour..
i dc once there are 40-50 mobs in the map. as a kaiser, i charge up my morph gauge before killing vl, get into vl, and spam the crap out of transformed gigas. i kill him in around 80 seconds so i wont dc. if you have the range, just kill the mobs

I maxed spawn today when I killed it. The only reason you would have left over golems is if he doesnt suck a few up by the time he finishes with the boars. (Usually they are too far away to be absorbed)

I max out von Leon summon just fine and I solo it almost everyday. Don't jump too much or move too much and stay near portal.
I tried a few months ago and I d/ced. Not sure if it was fixed
