I have the Rise of the Alliance quest in progress but can't finish it. It doesn't say i need to do anything. Anyone know why?

I have the Rise of the Alliance quest in progress but can't finish it. It doesn't say i need to do anything. Anyone know why?

So even if the quest is active and i leveled passed 75 i can't get the mount?
you gotta be under level 75. Then u need to go and get the ores, then you go into dimensional portal to conference room of Ereve. Talk to cygnus then u finish. Then u do voodoo witchcraft with your 50% stance jaguar
