so im lvl 121 now i got 6 on bstep nothing else i max my b step to 30 ? then what

Go for 30 BStep. Lvl 10 BStep only hits 2 targets and does so little damage in comparison to max, so you're missing out on a lot if you're just getting it to 10. If you haven't gotten the Mastery level to 20+ at that point, keep saving the points. xD
