Papulatus Quest Help
Hey, i'm lvl 100 and Mr. Bouffon doesn't have a quest for me for the Papulatus Pre-quests.
Are there any pre-requisites, or am i not a high enough lvl to start the quest?

I did the quest before BB and i was 119. All i had to do was defeat pap. After BB, i went to get a crack piece, and it said i had to be 120
