Problem with pedigree

I've been told to "wait it out", but seeing as it's been like this for months now, I've come to Basil for some help.

Basically, my problem is that my level and class doesn't appear on my pedigree, and anyone who can see me in their pedigree can't see my level or class either. I've never been banned before, so I know it's not for that reason. Like I've mentioned above, this has been an ongoing problem for months now, and it doesn't seem to want to go away.
