Malayasia theme park map glitch?

When i bring one of my characters to the Theme park first map in Malayasia my Maplestory freezes on a black screen after going through the warp then stops working.
So i log back to find that my character is stuck there with the black screen.
i tried re downloading maple and everything but nothing works.
