how to get black wing hat
how do you get that cool hat? ppl say buy it from stephan for 100k but all he gives me a quest(lvl 28 WH) and i see other jobs getting it. is there a lvl limit to get it? and am i going to the right npc?

what lvl do you have to be to get it?
Ok, what you gotta do is go talk to NPC "Stephen" to get the Black Wings Hat. He is located @ the mines which you can easily get there by the Black Wings taxi located in Edelstein. Once there go 1 or 2 maps to the right (i cant remember that part) and the NPC should be on the right top corner ! Good Luck.
can other jobs get it? it looks really cool!

You have to be lvl 60+
I think the level limit is 65 or 66.
