Question about the 2 star Enhancement Scroll
The one from silent crusader quest.
It says success rate 80%. Does that mean if I use it on an item which already has 7 enhancements applied, there is still a 80% success rate?

I'm fairly sure 2star ee can only give 2 stars as in.. The first two stars.
It won't work unless you don't have previous ees IIRC
