Trainer for weight lifting
I have been going to the gym almost every day, and I've been doing heavier mass (50 lb curls , 120 benchpress). Now, my back is starting to hurt. Should I get a trainer for like couple of days because I think my back is starting to hurt because I don't have the right form .. Before when I was doing low mass, my back never hurt. Any advice on whether or not I should or not? Thanks
FYI: I am 17 years old, around 180 lb

If you have the money to afford a personal trainer then sure, why not?
Is it necessary? No. You can learn proper form from other people for free or just Google/YouTube videos on good technique.
@Ricci Are you me? I've had shoulder tendonitis for the past 2 months as well lol.. freaky.
well what exercises are you doing?
Curls and bench really shouldn't be hurting your back unless you're doing something really wrong.
read up on SS and follow a guide. Some reason I assume all beginners just go to the gym and play on all the machine rather than following a strict routine.
@xXjarakudaXx: Why does he need a belt?
I really doubt the ts is a hardcore powerlifter.
Don't work yourself as much when it comes to wight lifting.
I weight lift because I have a gym class for it and I try not to do it as much.
My teacher also said not to work the same muscles as much because you can mess yourself up.
If you want to keep working out like that then I prefer that you take Protein Shakes and much more
stuff that has protein in it so you can heal and be ready for the next day and so on.
Maybe use a belt, try to keep your back straight. Also don't try to go to the gym everyday, when you workout a certain muscle group it needs at least 2 days of rest.
most likely curls and squats
Which exercise gives you back pain?
it doesnt hurt at all when I lift. It hurts after a night of sleep
