Linnear equations - how do i know what sign to use?
so lets say i have
y = 2x + -5 and y = 3x - 5
How do i know if i should add the x's or subtract them?

How do i know if i should add the x's or subtract them?

Adding a negative is the same as subtracting, there is no difference.
