those equips with 100% chance of upgrading potential tier, is there a dark secret about it, like that "oh" moment when u find out the bad part, from what i can see, the only bad thing is the durability, which isnt that bad, maybe nexon is just idiots

ild rather a legendary equip with no scrolling than a 30 dex scrolled with no potential
The main con of durability isnt that the item has to be repaired, but that on durability items you have to resort to tablets ,chaos scrolls or especial scrolls such as armor or 1 handed/2 handed which pretty much sucks, especially if you want to planned to GM scroll the item.
Nope.
... That is the only bad thing.
It's basically a free Legendary item that you have to restore the durability on and off.
