Maplestory not downloading

So I have tried the auto patch and that failed because it was corrupt 0.o
I tried the manual patch but that did not work either...
So I redownloaded the entire thing and like 5 minutes ago it was around 98% and now the folder closed and I assumed it finished.
Then like 3 minutes later a download finish thing came up.
Then when I went to attempt to login it did the auto patch again.
Did I just waste 2 hours redownloading, did it close because of an error, or is this normal?
