Very low chance you'll get unbanned since you're guilty.
even if you are you can't change worlds.
Might as well start anew.
if you were perm banned you most likely deserve it.
^3 easy steps
1. Title your ticket "Buy NX Cash"
2. Make up a story about how you will commit suicide or anything outrageous because you can't access this "wonderful" game (give them praise and sweet talk them)
3. Profit

I'm actually guilt though and I think someone caught me sometime last year, reported me, and then, nearly a year later, Nexon finally go through all their tickets and get to mind.
If you're perm banned it's pretty unlikely you'll be unbanned unless you were 100% innocent, even then it's pretty slim
