Arrow Bomb is the best mob skill. It doesn't have a damage cap! Only ever use bomb!

I think having phoenix heal as its attacking sounds really good. It would compete with Mercedes Elven Healing at least.
Cooldown? How big of an area does it affect? Number of attacks? Damage over time?
For stat i think
-Recover all hp and mp
-DMG scorches about 1000% to 1500%

A new mobbing skill would indeed be nice! You should figure out some stats and then try to get the communitys support.
