i have about 950m mesos left and i was wondering is it worth buying an empress cape to finish off my 6/6 set or use the money to get better % str items, like earrings, blets, matery books, ECT

I doubt it, the parts people are going to be replacing are gloves in exchange for dojo gloves or the overall for top/bottoms
i doubt it will go up in price, maybe just reutrn to its original, becuase the shoulder allows 6/7 parts of the set which is the 30+dmg and 30% boss, my only concern is that the empress shoulder does not drop from the boss and will have to be crafted which will mean it will be quite pricey (if you need a alot of dream fragments).
but its going to go up when kaiser comes out?

6% str earings would be the cheapest. The best other dammage boosters would be %str pendant, a shoulder and some rings if you don't have good ones. The cape would be good too because it would give a 31 atk boost, but capes other than thief ones are pretty expensive
Are you going to get %str on your empress? If you dont then ditch the set and get 6% str on every equip you have and later upgrade it to 9%+. If you do plan on getting %str on it then save up and get the cape, itll be worth it
empress clean 5/6, bad % str earrings/ no belt (might get a crap 3% or higher) and going to get a mon.
