The idea was to hoard books after maxing them all so that they can be sold to the bandwagon of Buccaneers. So the people hoarding are those who've supposedly maxed it themselves and trying to make profit later.

Of the new skills, Fist Enrage is pretty far down the line.
Energy Blast, Vipersition, and Guard Crush take priority before it (along with bookless skills such as Time Leap, Pirate's Revenge and Double Down). With those three great skills, it makes it a bad idea to be collecting Barrage books if you plan on reselling those books when they've become better than they are now.

No he isn't. As long as GMS keeps the KMS system of turning in a book that doesn't have a use (time leap) in exchange for a book of YOUR CHOICE for skills in the revamp, buying books for inflation purposes are useless.

They didn't change for kms. Instead you get can trade maple admin any of the old mastery books for any of the new books.
