Bill To Mobile

Hiya, to help stop my crazy splurging on Nx I only get 25k a month via Bill to mobile, but today I tried to make a purchase and it told me my carrier was not supported anymore, yet prior to choosing an amount it tells me that my carrier is supported.. I have Verizon, and my bill has already been paid and my monthly wait has been over for a bit, so can anyone here help me with this? Has Verizon gotten the boot or should I just try again later? O.O

Also let it be known that I have done this before and I have never had a problem until now.
not a solution but a diffrent way to get NX-credit
go make a steam account
download vindictus (nexon game)
purchase NX on vindictus through steam.
will only work on the account make on the steam ID
I tried using bill-to-mobile for the past 2 weeks, and I have the same problem. I use Verizon as well.
