The Bowmaster turret skill has a surprisingly long reach too. Reflection and Blazing Extinction have both been nerfed but still have long reach and Blasters can use a lot of far-reaching skills (the hyper and bunker buster mostly). The Thunder Breaker Gale skill is huge too but I'm not sure exactly about its reach, I think it's not quite as far as Cannon Bazooka but considerably wider.
Dude, Heaven's Door never missed a mob. Even on platforms BELOW.

Demon Avenger's Nether shield would locate a mob as long as it exists, it will never miss, even if it's on the other side of the globe.
Demon slayer has Demon Cry, which is not *as* spammable, but still goes pretty good.
Hayato attacks VERY far on a regular basis (I mean, just spam attack to hit mobs as far as your screen goes)
Blaster has rocket rush, you basicly throw a mob REALLY far.
Cannonneer is known for it's long attack range, basicly.
Barrel Shot is one of the longest reaching moves ever IIRC (plz don't qoute me on that Q__Q)
But yeah, Phantoms used to copy it's cannon moves because it was covering Stronghold's Second Drill Hall really well. And with it's 5th job skill, it can pull-off this:

Our range sucks.
Except for our weird little pink swipe which has a ridiculously disproportional hitbox compared to its animation. But that's still not all that great.
Chain Lightning is really the skill you're looking for. Absurd range. In small enough maps, you can stand in place and spawn kill. One of the reasons I'm salty at a guildmate for leveling so damned fast compared to me.
