The fact you put in accurately and followed it by BMI made me chuckle a little, but it's a common mistake.
Body mass index means little; I'm an ectomorph through and through, with a height of 5'7" to 5'8" and a weight of 126 lbs (it fluctuates heavily week to week, I was 136 3 weeks ago). However, I have a body fat percentage of around 10%, my waist is probably a less-than-masculine 26 to 28, but I'll put up around 200 lbs on the bench press for a max rep with an ATG squat of 245. I've been told several times I "look at least 145", but this chart says I'm nearly underweight. BMI calculations are far too inaccurate and apply to a very general portion of the population, as body types, muscle mass, etc. are not taken into consideration.
5'7
145lbs.
5'6 and 119 pounds...underweight good thing i dont look it though
5'5 125 lbs

Been 125 lbs for 3 years owo . I think I weigh more than I should though, but it's because I have all muscle and no fat. Sports do that to you T.T
I'm 6'3 and 155 pounds....so normal
5'8 and 140 lbs.
5'3 120 LBs. I work out a lot though so I'm positive that it's not fat.
This chart is only for the "average person"; anyone doing weights on a regular basis will expect to see higher BMI than normal, but it doesn't necessarily mean it is bad.
