How do You pronounce "harassment"?

A few weeks ago my american literature teacher was talking about sexual harassment and she pronounced it as "hair-ress-ment" and we corrected her. However, she told us to get a dictionary and look at how we were supposed to pronounce it and she was right o.o
Instead of "huh-rass-ment", it is supposed to be pronounced "hair-ress-ment".
So, how do YOU pronounce it? Just wondering.

Its both, but "ress" part is because of the word Ass.

I do not know anyone personally who pronounces it the way your teacher did. Both are technically correct according to my copy of the M-W Collegiate Dictionary, but I figure the verb is pronounced (huh-RASS), not (HAIR-ess), so I pronounce it (huh-RASS-ment).
