How does Xenon stat work?

Sorry but I'm still getting confused on how to fund an xenon. Lets say i have 109 luk, 100 dex, and 100 str. Would that give the same range as 103 luk, 103 dex, 103 and str?

Xenon have skills that give boosted abilities and perks based on how much STR, DEX and LUK they have. Getting each of the stats up to the required level in each job advancement gives the following:
STR - Stance effect (knockback reduction)
DEX - Status effect resistance
LUK - Avoidability

You might care less about one of the three, but the thing is, when ALL of these stats are above the required limit, Xenon gains a % damage boost. Therefore, you really do want to put all of your stats evenly into STR, DEX and LUK.

And yes, although each of these are considered primary stats and each will raise your damage, you have to have these stats built up manually, not with equipment bonuses. If you need 100 STR and you only have 95 STR, a 5 STR overall will not make up the difference. You NEED to level your base STR up to the proper number to get the perks.
Here's a quick explanation.
Other classes benefit off of one stat while xenon splits it up into 3 parts, str dex and luck.
They're each worth 1/3 of the %.

Now you may ask why not just pump all your stats into luck or dex or str and get normal % equips.
The reason is because of gear like tyrant, or any piece really, that gives all 3 stats (like zakum helms etc).

People claim xenon is 3 times stronger because of the 3 stats, but the fact is that they're base stats make them 1/3 weaker while gear increases the multiplier they have by about double meaning that they benefit off of % all stat about 2.5x more than % normal stats, even though they'd get 666 extra on one stat.

Also, you gain ap after 200, meaning that's an extra 250 stats to go around.

In short, 9% dex is actually 3% all stat since you'd only get 1/3 the bonus, while 3% all stat is equal to 9% dex.
If you have a equip with 9% all, 9% luck, 9% str you can choose to think of it either as 15% of a stat (9%+9(1/3)+9(1/3)) or 9%(3)+9+9 or 45%.
If you decide to pick the second way you need to devide by 3 at the end of the equation to solve for % all stat, since xenon uses 3 stats and not 1.

Where the real advantage comes in is items with a max % stat that work for all things, such as nebulites or azwan bonus lines (4% on nebs +30-40 all or +40 stat, there's a max on both and it doesn't matter whether it's single or all stat).
Tyrants make the big difference since you're actually gaining 480 stats instead of 160 off each equip.
Wow thanks, that made a lot of sense. I think i finally get it...lol
