Why not wing it like I did? My wh came out perfectly fine.
Hitting 100k's with a lvl 15 hurricane like skill forgot the name...

2nd job, max everything except mines, which stays at lv 3. I'd say put call of the wild in at around the 50s, after final attack (damage wise it could be better to do it before? im not gonna do the math since it only takes an hr anyway ) do hawk after call of wild, but before rawr
3rd job max everything except for enduring fire, which stays at lv 3. I'd put some evasion boost in early, but dont max it before important skills. concentrate is a good wep atk buff, I'd max it after jag boost and your main attack (DnS/Swipe, whatever you're going to use at aliens) blind is better now that it works on bosses, so theres no reason to put points into EF instead of it, but it can be done at the end since you aren't bossing in 3rd job.

Ya, pretty much came to the same conclusion. Its not like we didnt have enough sp for the new important skills given to us, many skills were reduced in mastery.

while we're at it, did they fix the elevation thing? because that was a pain... you know, the one in which you have to crouch to attack monsters that were too short?

I do soul arrow before mastery because I hate purchasing arrows, but you're right.

So when would Raining Mines cap at? I might add as much as I need so there's left over to max all the skills. ._.
