Final Cut charging Activation
When you use Final Cut a charging bar appears above your head but what effect exactly does this do?
For example: Max final cut (+60% damage) Charge it 50% will I only get +30% damage? o_O

If it's not charged fully, you won't get the full 60% boost and the initial damage is lower.
