I'd gladly like to see a screenshot. I've only seen regular Enhancement Scrolls drop from Chaos bosses so far.

Never been confirmed and was never in the monster book. Gachapon is the only proof we had.

Uhh there were 2 stages of this exploit where it was possible to make the enhancement scroll work 100%, Nexon patched that the following server check, then there was the exploit making it possible for it not to blow up, but the chances of it still go down. These were most of the stories that people told me when the exploit was still here.
the hack was merely removing the breaking result of a failed scroll.
so they can fail 20 enhancmenets at 10% rate, and have the item survive all 20 failures.
white scrolls work but are pointless. white scroll saves your slot in the event of a failed scroll.
but slots dont' exist anymore otherwise you can't use an enhancement.
not to mention the item will break regardless in the event of a failed enhancement

there are 2 ways to get it
1. drop from chaos bosses
2. from the peanut machine event back when DBs cameout
