Contacting Nexon directly
I wanted to know how to contact Nexon directly through online means. Not as in email or phone, but as in like a chat room in the Nexon website that you can chat with Nexon people. This is a feature I believe but I just forgot how to get to it. If anyone can help, I'll be very thankful.

You got to be a really important person to be able to contact them directly.
What? Their support is still down? Dude, it's been like 4 months, this is stupid. I wish anyone who has to email a ticket the best of luck.

Sometimes there's a "Chat Live Now!" button at the customer support page.

@yuzesun don't get me wrong, those torches are definitely needed. I just need to ask for all our money back. We'll burning it down either way tho ^.^
