I think All-Star hair has been long gone so it's nice they're finally changing it up for more hairstyles. According to the extractions, there's quite a bit new hair and eye styles that will be released. I'm sure some of you have seen them already.

...Yet they still have not [url=http://i49.tinypic.com/2euizcg.jpg]released this[/url] hair for me.
[b]Edit:[/b] There's also a new event that gives away [b]Hair coupons: Evan Hair Coupon (M), Pretty Girl Hair Coupon (F)[/b] so not all of the hairstyles are from All-Stars.

Go to [b]Character[/b] > [i]Cash[/i] to see the list.
Possibly new items for the new [b]Premium Surprise Style Box[/b] [3400 NX] each. I guess for higher quality items, they raise the price. I wish they release the wings in CS as permanent though (most likely going to be in boxes which is meh). But the wings are so pretty. <3
[b]Edit:[/b] Apparently, everything that comes from Premium SS Boxes are permanent. Which is a relief, if you want to spend so much on an item you want. Thanks @Lavendar for this update!

The box will give you one random Equip item. The items from the box contains only permanent equips and can be traded to other players.

Then I was stupid enough to spend about 50$ more of my laptop money and ended with wild tangles lol, defently not buying NX anymore.

Why is Heavy Metal All Star? It was VIP a while ago.
I heard that Dual Blades get new starting cosmetics after Mutiny.
I think the first for males is DB eyes and third for males is the Mikhail eyes, as for the blue hair for males it reminds me of something from the 80's

Though the Premium surprise box is interesting... makes me happy because it'll make obtaining rare items like Rosemary Teatime easier, but also sad because cheap 90 day items won't be in the FM for me to buy and exchange for stamps anymore
And a lot of the new hairstyles are terrible imo.
They're all the same pastel colour and look like tossed around, messy versions of what already exists like Double Duchess (bottom middle) and Nymph (bottom right). I just want some nice new DARK black hair
