What would you do in this scenario

You met a beautiful girl. You find out that you two share the same interest and are compatible. She also likes you. You have feelings for her. You really want to see her. One night you come to her place and its very dark. She is seductive toward you. You two spend the night together making love together. Afterwards you find out from someone else that she is really a man. Or was a man. You are still in disbelief. You ask her was it really her that night? She refuses to answer. She wants you to feel regret and always remember her forever. (This is the plot to one of my favorite movies.)
Do you continue to love her (or Him)? Or do you get gross out?
Is it possible to love someone regardless of what their gender is if you have a strong connection/feelings for that person?

for the idiots that have poor reading comprehension here is info on the movie at imdb http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0103295/

Impossible hypothetical situation because it's easier than you (apparently) think to tell that they used to be a man...

I'd be too scarred for life to move on, so I would commit the art of ritualized steel blade moving up a certain part of my body that samurais used to do to avoid being captured alive.

@idrinkoj : google is ur friend boo. ignorance doesnt tide over well in this day and age (or ever)
also pls recall that i am forming my opinion on the movie based solely off the limited details you've provided us w/ so... i think thats a perfectly fair judgment call to make
are you a lesbian or transsexual? you get offended like everyone is out to insult you. before you point me to google please check yourself. you are really ignorant. for one this movie is a action/comedy asian movie. it has nothing to with what you call the "trans community" or whatever you refer to. and how is it a "horrible depiction of trans community" and it doesn't even attempt to do that? there's only person in this film that acts like a woman after he castrated himself. wtf community are you talking about. before you insult this beautiful film you should get your facts straight. basil is making really starting to hate people like you that lack common sense and making dumb assumptions and think people are out there to hate your "trans community" or whatever homosexual community you belong to. the majority are the most stupid people i've ever encounter and think everyone is trying to offend them. i'm sorry you are too stupid to figure out that when i said "it was dark" there was a possibility that the girl that he love had switch herself with another girl. is that hard to figure that out? of course if it was under normal condition he would have recognize that it was a guy. you should really learn to read and have common sense.

I would definitely get grossed out. But women with high testosterone is just as gross.
No they cant reproduce because ovaries can't be recreated so no b.c. needed.
They take estrogen among other things to regulate hormone levels so they are very similar to the average female in that regard,
@WontPostMuch: um what isn't it pretty hard to miss the fact that their sex/gender don't match up once you've seen their genitals

are we talking about someone who's transgender or transsexual? v confused lmao
Pretty sure we're talking about someone that's post-op.
@wontpostmuch : maybe ~deception~ isn't the right word in this context. defs a lack of transparency tho, since if ur gonna bang someone they should prob be made aware beforehand that it won't be cis sex, which is socially the standard assumption. some will be fine with that, some won't - different strokes for different folks and all. as long as the whole situation is handled w/ respect

Maybe it's just my standards but I have honestly never known much about the majority of people I've had sex with and I just assume that for flings like that, a lot of people just don't divulge much information at all. Just like I don't go around telling someone I've met all of my stuff, they don't have an obligation to tell me much of anything. Even in a scenario where I'm actually seeing, I'm not expecting to know their worst possible thing until they feel comfortable enough to drop a bomb like that--which may be after sex. idk, I'd only be upset if I found out after we both consider it official since then you should have a good idea who you're with.

But mb I'm just off on how it works for most ppl.

Okay...just woke up and had breakfast. Um...at first I was wtf did I just read, but after much consideration and calming down I realize I'd be okay with it. I mean if you love this person, appearance doesn't matter right? Yeah too early in the morning to think straight...
"How dare they dress like their own gender and look attractive! It's their fault for tricking me into finding them attractive and wanting to bang them!"

@Billionz:

No man, you need a uterus for that. Come on, you should be old enough to know that.
I just expected too much from today's technology. Nothing to do with my age there.
A switch perhaps. Idk trans community you are talking about. Thats just your opinion. It's actually based on a book by a famous author and the director Quentin Tarantino even praised the film so I wouldn't say it's a "terrible movie".
are you high right now?
would be upset but bc of the deception/lack of transparency, not the fact that she's trans

also i don't understand this part:

what does that even mean, "was it really her that night"? ...who else would it have been, a gorilla? + based on the next few lines this just seems like a horribly stereotyped depiction of the trans community & a terrible movie in general
I wouldnt love someone who didnt tell me who they really were after we had shared common interests. Its betrayal at its finest. I'd be like: See ya Nerd!

No I would not continue to love them because I'm shallow and couldn't live with myself knowing that I'm sleeping with a heshe. I don't think I could be mad at the person I just think i'd be a little bit disturbed and not want to talk or think about that ever again.
