What was the date on the video? They used to be tradeable, but Nexon put a stop to that along with a number of other scrolls that were all over fm like epic pot scrolls and gm scrolls.

Like what the previous people have said, chances are, the video is old and they are no longer tradable; however, not so sure about lucky day scrolls. But for the most part, you can just buy twenty dollars of nx and buy it from cash shop. Ofcourse, this wont suffice for a perfect weapon, in which case, you would probably spend around $100-$150 relatively, depending on what scrolls you are using.

i doubt video is like year ago, protection scroll tradeable is gone ( i think ) but its still transferable not complete untradeable.
