I was falsely banned?

So, over winter break and everything, I was on hiatus because LoL was too distracting. I checked my tickets and saw that I was compensated 60k mp, but when I logged in it said I was permanently banned for hacking. I've never done anything bad, does anybody know what happened and how to fix this? I've already send it a ticket.
