Compatible graphics cards?

I'm looking to buy a new graphics card ~$100 that would be ok to play 3D games other than just TF2

So, I was wondering what graphics cards would be compatible with my Dell Inc. 0RF705 (Microprocessor) motherboard.

Note: Make sure the power supply can handle it first.

Just about dedicated PCI-e card with low performance and power usage (and price) can handle TF2. You should get a low end last-gen card.
Two good choices are:

Radeon HD 6770
Example of one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127599
Pros:
-Can be very cheap. ~$60 minimum, $100 maximum
-Performs well for most games since you are no enthusiast. Can probably handle nearly all recent (but not the past few years) games on max, and most modern games on at least medium or low depending on the rest of your hardware.
-AMD, so it's cheap
Cons:
-AMD, so limited driver support
-Very difficult to get drivers working properly on GNU/Linux. (Just fine on Windows, no idea about BSD)
-AMD, so a bit more likely to run into small problems than nvidia

Nvidia GTX 550 Ti
Example of one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121630
Pros:
-Not expensive ~$100 minimum, $125 maximum
-Performs somewhat better than the 6770, having a nearly 50% higher bandwidth and pixel rate
-Great driver support
-Not very difficult to get drivers working properly on GNU/Linux (and of course windows, no idea about BSD but if you use BSD you probably don't need this)
-A bit less likely to run into small problems (not by much). Fair chance to find solution / community support if you do.
Cons:
-More expensive than the 6770

Depends how powerful the card is. Usually, a <$100 graphics card will not need anything more than a standard 450W ~ 550W power supply.

What do you mean? Will a new graphics card really need more power?

Get a Nvidia GeForce GT 640 for Desktop computer. It's around 99$ USD.

Supercharged performance for your HD videos and photos, immersive 3D movies, and entry level gaming.
