You can't gauge by strength since attack comes into play for your range as well. To cap on monsters you would require at least 250kish range to hit cap with impact on normal mobs.

I seriously need to raise my bossing. I have more than 3k str and I'm not hitting that much...
But, yea. To hit general monsters, you'd need about early to mid 6k str to do that...

i have 3.1k str 90% boss dmg almost 400 att and 15% att bonus and i do 850-9xx on bosses
