@nikoqee It might be caused by the delay in clicking yes/no? Or a lag spike?

I haven't seen that before, never happened to me.
I think you just should be safe and record it.
And if it ask if you want to use a white scroll while you are attempting to use the ward, close ms, do not click yes or no.
@iCygnic I had WS when I'd use my wards ...
That shouldn't happen if you don't have white scrolls in your inventory at the time.
I've used at least 10 within the last month and I had no problem at all. Unless this happens like one in a million then, take it upon yourselves to not do it.
