Any new ways of making mesos in the last 12 months

Hi guys,

I recently got back to MS after about a year. I'm not planning on playing too often, what I mostly want to do is just try and make some mesos and improve my stats.
I'm a 161 Aran (windia) with 52k range buffed. I'm looking for any mesos making methods next to merching (most of which are new since the last 12 months or have gotten more beneficial).
