in need of serious, actual help
so last night i wanted to get $150 in NX. now i play trough steam, so as i normally do (and always worked till last night) i get onto MS, go to cash shop, then charge credit. i chose the $100 option and proceeded with the transaction. i was hown an error messege. something about my address being "wrong" so i tried again maybe 5 times and still nothing. so i decided to check my credit card and steam history. my credit card was charged, i look at my account history on steam also - which shows i made the purchase - BUT here the problem.. from about 6pm est time till now 11am.. i have not seen that 100k nx in my account. how exactly is that? if i was charged and have 2 valid proofs of it.. wheres my NX? now as i said, i wanted $150, so i went and did another transaction for $50. that transaction went through fine and i got the 50k NX. so again.. wheres my $100/100k Nx? i was planning on marrying someone and i need that, besides the fact i as a normal human being, dont like having $100 just taken away. if anyone can help, share insight in terms of "maybe it'll take time" or just whatever, any help is appreciated. and thank you.

of course.. but i had to figure ou what was going on. whether i needed to use a smaller incriment, whether or not i hit a limit and i have to wait for it to be added to my steam account or.. whatver the issue is

Whatever you do don't chargeback because your account will probably get banned.

if that was the case i wouldnt have been charged, i've experienced the charge limit before, my credit card wasnt charged

Dont think steam has a charge limit. Its the reason i play maple on stteam

I don't know how Steam works but the tickets that I've submitted to Nexon usually take a while before I get a response back. You might have to submit a couple (and maybe threaten to not buy NX until this issue is fixed-worked for me) but they usually do reply.
Try sending a ticket? Might take time for a reply from Nexon but it's worth a try.
