Urgent help on Mercedes

Hello, I am about to make a Mercedes, and I need the answers to these 4 questions.
1) Is there still HP washing?
2) Do Mercedes need to wash to fight PB and CYG?
3) What is an easy way to get the Legends tokens? (I need 50 to reset my AP. If there is still HP washing, I will pour all points into MP on my merecedes and somehow get to lvl 70 and then reset my ap.
4) Is strless Mercedes the best?
