Looking for a programme

that can change the tone (bass middle treble) of a song then copy the mp3 into a seperate song ie
Change tone of the song Earthquake, then take the changed music and copy paste it without losing the original song.
Also, some software that allows me to put in drum beats, like fruity loops but have the music under it, and being able to configure the music at the same time as putting in the drum beats.
Confusing ik but im from NZ so my speech is like all over the place and i type as i think
@uOnPeriod: I'm going to chime in here. I've been an EDM enthusiast for 4 years now, starting with dubstep, and in that time I've learned a crapton about the genre, and there's nothing I hate more then the 3 billion fake genres ending in step. Dubstep has a very specific name for a reason, because its (or was) a combination of the reggae style of music called Dub and the genre of music called 2step=dubstep with other influences like DnB and Garage. If you're going to start producing any type of electronic music I suggest you hone your knowledge of the genre and really listen to a diverse amount of all EDM before you decide to produce or else whatever you make is going to be genreic crap (Trust me, I've gone through this before)

So if you're going to start making any type of dubstep, you should probably start by learning the barebones basics such as where the genre came from, its influences, how its evolved and the artists that have really had a pull on the genre, then learn the basics of how its constructed, E.X dubstep is usually at a rate of 140 BPM and usually features some type of variation of a kick snare beat and etc.

That's where you need to start imo.
DAW=Digital Audio Workstation
EQ=Equalizer, has different functions

I'm pretty sure you go to file inside FL it should give you the option to import an MP3 file, figure the rest out with google and such.

Fruity Loops (FL studios) can do that too, just find the EQ within the DAW and apply a bass booster to your MP3 file.
Amazing if I knew what an EQ and a DAW was, and how to put my MP3 into FL
