It happens when you login to too many accounts within a certain period of time.

the ban should expire after a certain amount of time, though I have no idea how long.

So the only ways would be using either hotspot shield or getting a new modem/changing isp.

Should be fine as long as you are not abusing events.

If it's a static IP, the only way to change it is to call up your ISP and ask them to do it or get a new modem
Just try submitting a ticket to Nexon saying that you were "checking your accounts for certain items or w/e" and hope that they lift the IP ban
I was IP banned a year ago or so for logging too many accounts and submitted a ticket saying that, and it was lifted

Use hotspot shield, it's glitchy a bit though
I use PureVPN from Europe, it's smooth and reliable but it costs monthly

cant you just unplug and replug your modem and get a new ip adress

I think most ip bans are temp although they are going hardcore with this hot time to chain ban people for logging multiple accounts .
