Free 10 Crit for our Hurricane Nice
Does anyone else think this free 10% crit is going to be a very very very nice buff for Bowmans Especially the one with Hurricane like skill? Or iam just over reacting?...i haven't get my phantom to 70, but i think its going to boos my damage a lot, iam right or wrong?...75% crit atm and 85% when i get my phaton to 70.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? luminous's 10% pdr is on par with (at least according to nexons values of bonuses) to phantom's 10% critical or demon slayer's 10% boss because according to nexon, Critical = boss = pdr but in reality, pdr is better than crit, and depending on the situation, boss, and besides, how can it possibly be worse than kaiser's godawful 10% hp? 10% wont be very useful to a low hp ranged class, or theif which make up like 90% of the classes, or pallys, or bams or for that matter, archmages or bishops since mg is undispellable now and thusly they no longer need all the hp they can get, or luminous since their mg is passive. that leaves evan (iffy), drks, pallys, heroes, arans, buccs, cannoneers, mikhails, and kaiser(who already have the skill and thusly dont need it linked to them)

The cap is 99% Its easy to get 99% on a phantom.

That's just stupid if max crit is only 95% :S
With SE and judgement my phantom will be at 95%
