Worth to do an Evan?

Hi i play maplestory and wanna start a job i gonna lvl up to 200

im choosing between Evan and Phantom, Phantoms arnt out yet but i can w8 xD

my funds arnt thaat much but i think i could gm scroll a good weapon and get some %int, %int eqps are cheap here in Ems

but Earings matk gm scrolls arnt for phantom i could make 32 watk gloves emp ones for mage i could not only chaos dragon tail gloves

well i love bossing and hate training

so i search the job which is good in bossing and good/fast in training/mobbing

Plz say job i should make and which would be better for me
