9% luk earrings are 90mil in some servers believe it or not. + Luk equips are probably one of the CHEAPEST equips right now with the biggest classes being Luminous, Kaiser, and Angelic Buster in a few days.
Also learn how to divide.

Biggest thing for most thief classes is a weapon and atk glove... Those 2 alone can already cost you 3 bil or more.
Depends what your current equips are and what would be the best and cheapest way for you to upgrade to get the most out of it.

6% shoes - 80-100m
6% belt - 110m
