What Base Dex should I go with?
So I'm planning to get the AP reset, but I don't know what my base dex should be. I'm NOT funded...so...I do have a few equips with %stat and such...
Also, should I get the legendary dagger and katara? Are they worth it?

Use an AP reset and go to 4 dex base.

You can link the skill to any of your characters once your cannon shooter reach level 70 and you can switch the skill to another character once a day.

You can link the cannoneer skill when you get it to lv70

yea i recommend 4-40 dex.
I went with 4dex from the ap reset and have 135dex total now so I'm just using the coin shop weapons atm.
I plan on just scrolling a crusader shoulder and then when db's get the 30 dex skill I'll have enough dex for a timeless pesca or w/e weapon
Lets see, as what @janny1993 said, you will haev 85 Base dex with 40 base, then lets add a CZak, CHtp, + Dex bottoms, + dex cape, + dex shoes, + dex earrings and not forgetting accessories and shoulders. You will easily have 140+ Dex.
if you can afford dexless, go for it.
If not, just add your base dex up to 40, NEVER GO BEYOND 40.
You can get +15 dex from Cannoneer's link skill and in the future patch, we get physical training which gives us 30 dex and luk.
With that, you will have around 85 base dex.
But I personally prefer dexless now since I will have 49 base dex with those skills anyway.
@Above - untradable item is not all that bad. At least you won't have to worry about getting hacked.
If you want to be low stat and don't mind the untradeability, then yeah go for it. I personally wouldn't, I hate untradeable items.
When you say not funded, how low are we talking here? How many +dex equips do you have?
50-90 is a good range to start with I suppose.
