Evan Vs Luminous

I have these two characters already made, my luminous is 151, and my evan is 187. Currently I have about 70%INT. I felt really strong when I played my luminous. I went on it the other day with only a level 70 rod, and using my skills, was able to hit about 50k on each of my attacks. The main issue I have with Luminous is that they're bossing seems pretty terrible, to me at least. They don't have any 1 vs 1 skills, which really annoys me. On the other hand I love the dark/light concept. Now for evans, I really like them. Mir's a beast, damage is very good unfunded. It's very strong and they have a lot of buffs that can help out the party. But I when training at SH, I feel like all I'm doing is spamming blaze. It gets kind of repetitive.

So now that you've heard my rant, here are the questions I have:

1. With the 70%INT I have, which class would have the most damage outcome?
2. When bossing on a luminous, does it slow you down at all because of your lack of 1 vs 1 skills?
3. Does your evan ever get repetitive because of only using FW/Blaze when training?
4. In terms of fun, which has the best factor that will make me what to stick with the class(Example- I change classes alot...)

Thanks everyone!
Not sure on your questions about funding, however luminous totally destroys evan at bossing atm.

One of the most killing factors of evans is their terrible 0% natural status resistance. You can expect to spend a vast amount of your bossing time pigged, stunned, sealed, webbed, seduced etc etc. I absolutely hated this side of my evan because it basically means my damage was irrelevant alot of the time.

Luminous on the other hand, has a nice 40% status resistance, and also shadow shell, which allows u to ignores the next 3 status attacks at 100% chance. here we see that luminous already trumps evans at bossing.

Evans lack a rushing skill, and luminous have not only a rushing skill, but one that does no damage = u can rush bosses that have damage reflect casted.---> very useful at empress.

Although evans have the recovery cloud, luminous have an all out spamable healing skill. Combined with my lvl 200 evan card, im pretty much imortal in most situations. Dont forget that lumis take 1 hp damage in EQ also. The evans are no wimp in the defence department either tho, with their effectively 99% MG

Another major advantage of a luminous is their ability to bind a boss. This makes bosses like PB, hard hilla and empress a walk in the park, and kinda makes the luminous win against an evan in terms of being useful to the bossing squad.

Lastly, ill address damage. Sure, evans do have nice high numbers, but a luminous destroys an evan in hits/sec. I guess a semi funded evan might outdamage a semi funded luminous when the lumi isnt in equilibrium, but pit that against the fact that evans have no resistance to states built into them, and i think the luminous will win again.

Damage will become a much different situation after the unlimited patch tho, when evans are no longer hindered by the damage cap, but unless they gain some status resistance, i cant see myself ever going back to my evan seriously.

@windyarcherzx Luminous can enter EQ once every 5 mins via light/dark shift, and can enter via their hyper skill every 150 seconds. This tends to be fine since normally u are waiting for the right moment to attack a boss anyways e.g. when a boss stops damage reflecting etc. Tjis is why lumis fail in damage charts, because the charts assume you attack a boss continuously, which isnt always the case. And its not like apocalypse, reflection and spectral light do no damage either.
No offence, but you seem to be REALLY REALLY annoyed by this status resistance of Evans(from the comments ive seen from you) and this takes up more than nessesary space of ur comments. Please try to include more of the positiv sides of Evans.
I'd say luminous. Take for example, hilla. Only 1 thing to hit so.. Ender hits 14 times for 999k each line and Evan's illusion hits 999k x 8 per second. Who would win? Lumi obviously.
But ender has a cool down doesn't it?

Evan for bossing. Nexon even said on their website that Luminous is probably the best mobbing class and that it was designed so players don't feel weak. But the trade off is that their bossing isn't their forte so...for damage output, assuming you mean mob and bossing, Evan, and for luminous to boss you wont necessarily be weak, you would just have to figure a good way to use specific skills on specific bosses. And at some point every class gets repetitive, its just a matter of how much you enjoy it, and for fun, just play for fun. You can do quite a bit with 70% int. Just make a chart or something of the pros and cons of both. But in the end, you can play both. Get your Evan to 200 and try and use it to fund your Luminous.
