well actually i gained alot of boxes

You can just straight up kill Xerxes without doing any of the quests...

I decided to do the questline to farm boxes... but seriously, do our characters have a neon "sucker" sign attached to their backs?

i killed the boss then did the quest line for the medal

No, you do not have to do the quest chain. I just skipped to the boss.

@Capricious: YES LOL. 180-300K exp/quest is insanely good

@Capricious: NO! do the next augury, it's WELL worth it, you only collect about 150 items, but you get over 1m exp :S

@Deadly1337: I know right? >.< It was so tedious and boring! Luckily I pulled through... but now, i think I'm going to hold off on the quests until I'm close to 4th job.

the chryse augury quests made me want to cry tbh... they are so boring... it's entirely kill/collect
the 6th augury is worth doing right away though.. the exp you gain is literally 90% per quest completed[not including mob exp]
