A little bit... If you look at online tuners you should be able to find one that'll help you tune it like half a note to a note up or something

My new strings on guitar buzzed as well but it mostly fixed itself after a few days, they have a tendency to do that for me. By stretching out the strings he means tuning it higher (the strings get more tension and it stretches slightly, kinda like a rubber band)

I play the guitar but I guess I can still help you.
In case you mean that you hold the second fret on the C string(There is no C string in standard guitar tuning) and it buzzez then the string is touching the iron bars that separate frets.
In case you mean that if you play a string the C string buzzez then this always happens to me when I play any string(ON MY ACOUSTIC) but the D string gets played too(BUZZEZ)
Good luck and I hope your problem gets fixed

Yeah, if they're new, you need to stretch them out... New strings are always twangy...

OMG UKE BUDDIES! You might want to press closer to the frets so that it's tighter... Or you can tune your uke sharp for a few days so that the string stretches and tightens... Or you can re-string them with tighter strings from a different brand...
