how to merch in the bils range?
I got 2.6b from selling my nebs, in summer i had a lot of nebs and when i came back after a 5 month break they sky rocketed in price so i sold all of them so what could i merch now ?

Well you got here with nebs, so why not merch those?
You merch pretty much everything in the fm. You'll have to memorize the prices of stuff in the fm if you haven't already. Other than that, don't focus on merching only a set range of items because on some occasions, you might not find any of them and you'll be stuck with nothing to merch with; not to mention the fact that you'll miss a lot of deals because of it.
You could prob merch 9-12% earrings easily. 6% shoulders + rings shouldn't be too hard. Maybe belts and capes, but I'm not sure on their prices. Other than these, you could try your luck and fuse C nebulites into B nebulites. If you can get any A nebulites under 400m~ or so, those could be profitable.
