Ermm I just saw the update they did to aran, our attack speed has increased ridiculously and I was trying it with a normal polerarm.
But for some reason I couldn't get final blow to work like it used to :S
Anyway my main is a kasier now (but tempted to go back to aran)
why are Aran that low in dps chart? last time I remember we could hit high numbers with basic funding the only thing we sucked at
was our attack speed and now the speed has increased a lot!

I was just answering the OP's question on why the DPS was low... You seem so incline though about having low DPS and against Arans bossing in the first place lol o.o

Yes the old play style was superior to this new remake. But I do love how mobility went up and the attack speed is great. Also combo never leaving.
But the FB spam just completely killed it. Making all combos half ruined it to.
Im not trying to force anything. Im saying that the revamp brought new changes that are over looked too often. Im a 1st gen aran and I have to say this revamp was just what we needed. This class is a lot more fun than any other class imo. Before the revamp aran wasnt as affective as other classes and was as a whole ,looked down on. I mean if some people play for naistalga then thats ok. Im only stating that arans are finally getting some attention. Also i made about 3 arans in total (love this class <3) so if anything I understand what you are saying. How is my english now ? @8deathlord8
the new aran remake makes final blow and the hyper skill follow up kinda useless i just spam att and it does much more dps than the combo ..

What you can try is spam attack then quickly spam FB button when OS about to finish. But I rather spam FB + BB for nicer damage output.

@viisshh @8deathlord8 Well some ppl in this thread are quick to judge ,u can spam fb and bb and it makes the play style more smooth admit it we can reach higher platform more smoothly because we can jump and use fb <3 plus this update makes us more versitile wanna use os use it ,wanna spam fb be my guest, wannna make ppl lag with fb bb by all means go ahead ,instead of os then fb and bb we can chose what att we want to use also using fb as a hot key is stronger than command fb , i can confirm this i hit around 900k to 1 mil with command fb but with the hot key i hit well over 1 mil with ease

TBH although we got a huge damage buff, our play style was taken away from us and I'm not really use to it or enjoying it. That's why I'm taking a hiatus from my aran.

Nope, combo-ing fb does less damage than the macro'd one which is stupid.

Final blow cant be used with Triple Swing no more. It is a single move tht can be commanded (down + attack) or if you have a 30+ combo you can macro it to a button. Macro button doing less damage if im not mistaken.
