Is admiral wings skill glitched?
I just noticed that I get the same dmg whit and without the skill on. And it's supposed to reduce the dmg. (I was wondering was I dying so easily on the big bosses hits).
Is this happening to every bucc or just me? That skill is pretty useful for bossing which is something I like to do (even with my low dmg).

There's always variation with damage, although it's generally fairly noticeable; the best way to check is to get hit by something that does 'static' damage, such as a 1/1. If it blocks twenty percent of the health damage, then it works; if not, assuming you weren't dispelled just before 1/1'ed, then it may be glitched. I think that damage reductions may have been glitched at one point, but I can't remember.
It could also be timing out without you noticing, or you could simply be careless. No offense intended, but I've gotten myself killed a fair bit from being careless, being slow with potions or just overestimating how much I can take before dying; c'est la vie, that's life. You just need to dust yourself off and proceed with a bit more caution, barring the off chance that it is glitched and hasn't been fixed yet; I honestly can't see how they'd managed to glitch a percent reduction of damage, so I personally doubt that it's the cause, even if they may have botched it in the past before, but I still can't be sure about if it was really glitched or not at one point.

best way to check is get hit with a 1/1 skill. if you're left with 20% hp, then you know that the skill works. go papulatus or something.
No it is not, what type of monster was it? Admiral wings even effects 1/1's....
But I noticed this on a normal monster.
Bosses do a % amount of damage so Wings won't be able to absorb it.
