So is Zakum available or not?

Well 3 days ago i had an expedition of 6 and we tried to go into zakum and over and over it just told us to remake exped.
We tried the next day. Still told us to do this (Yes we were in right channels).
So today i tried to enter zakum and it just tells me to try again in the chat.
(Yes we all have eye of fire, and prequest. We have zakked before)
However i see people doing zakum so is there a way to get around this or what?
