Maple Sprites Flickering, Game freezes.

I got a New Laptop. Its pretty Sweet. Windows 7, Decent Specs. I'm set.
BUT, after maybe about 10-30 Minutes of Playing, my Screen will SPAZ out.
The Image (Sprites) of: My Charecter, any Monster, any Item,
will start to flicker on and off. Completely frozen. Like Chaos Control.

I can still hear me jumping, sound effects, so the game is STILL RUNNING. However, it
seems visually unplayable... If I minize to Windowed Mode, it appears Fine.
Going back to full screen (Preferred by me) leads to a 80% Chance of complete
freeze up of my Comp, thus leading to me closing Maple.
That is the best way I can explain my Pickle.

Extra things to Note: I am running the GameLauncher under Windows XP
Compadability, as Admin, and tried on and off Website. Both Fail.
Any Tips, Fixes, or similar probs for any others?

Thank you VETTY MUCH.

@Cronnicossy: Hmm seems like your specs aren't the major problem uhh lets see well I know i saw a thread lurking around here about how to fix a certain 'problem'. I tried looking for it but i couldn't find it D: You can also try one more thing just incase.

When you start maple up open up your task manager and go under the process tab. From there look for Maplestory.exe. Right click it go to set priority and it should be on normal and put it on real time or w/e its called for you.
Its not these suggestions sounds like something you would do to fix FPS lag. Maple isn't lagging its just crashing. My problem is When i have maple in window mode and drag it to the Bottom right corner it would move back up on its own and sooner or later it D/cs. While in full screen mode the window just blinks black then maple eventually closes
I don't know. I have the same problem as the guy who made this thread. Yours sounds different. The one we have is mainly graphics card problem.

I have the flashing and glitching problem while playing full screen. I play fine when windowed, so I do that. Win for me, since I multi task anyways.

I really don't understand how to fix it, so sorry. All I know was, one day, playing fine. After one of the patches, I became unable to play in full screen.

Windows 7 is incompatible with maplestory. You might as well be using vista. It's because you're graphics card is crashing. You need to get a better one or increase the capabilities of your graphics card. You can overclock your graphics card but it'll fry so i don't recommend that. Download drivers for the graphics card. Lower the screen resolution. download game boosters like IObit. (program that...boosts games to have em run smoother) CTRL+ALT+DLT and go to processes, cancel things unimportant in running a computer (veoh players, itunes, aim, skype, torrents etc). Go to graphics properties, look around for 3D graphics. Run the graphics card performance over quality, o and run it compatible for windows XP SP 2.
NOTE: the flashing still happens but alot less frequent... only in fm entrance ch 1 when things move around alot makign the graphics card work harder)

This happens to me on my windows 7 laptop.
The only fix I have in going into window mode or going back into Full Screen Mode.

It's SO annoying. 100% rate at Zak and 60% rate ish at Pap.
One thing I find works is putting MS into window mode and dragging it to the top right corner, while playing a youtube or hulu video in a windowed browser on the left side.

Edit::// Does that thing happen to you when you go into full screen or window mode and your screen is just BLACK? That is the most annoying one.. I have to close my laptop, wait for it to go into standby, and open it again. It usually doesn't d/c me from the game but is a real pain when it happens at Zak.

Sounds like either specs compabitility or your graphic card might be messed up (can happen even if it's new).
Try to see if your laptop doesn't overheat maybe?
I used to have an overheating problem on mine, + compabitility problems...
